4 Components of Work Life Balance:

80% of the First Fortune 500 companies rates Work Life Balance as the most important workplace attribute. They found that employees who feel they have good work-life balance work 21% harder than those who don't. Here are 4 Components of Work Life Balance which may help you to get the desired results.

  1. Self Management – Sufficiently managing yourself can be challenging, particularly getting proper sleep, exercise, & nutrition. If you do not manage yourself, you are letting others have control of your life. It means becoming caption of your own ship; no one is coming to steer for us.

  2. Time Management – When life is busy or you are completely focused on any project, its very easy to find yourself off balance, not paying enough attention to important areas of life. To improve your time management, you can continually repeat positive affirmation like “I have a work Life Balance” or “I use my Time Well”. When you repeat your positive affirmation over & over, they are eventually accepted by your sub conscious mind. You will then find that your external behavior will start to reflect your internal programming, to improve your work life balance & quality of Life.
    Working in the organization requires a lot of time management in deciding which tasks are required for the job & which are optional(but lead to advancement).Then plan your day to get all tasks done, plus a little of optional work which is either satisfying or will help you in advance.

  3. Stress Management - Exercise is the Best Stress Management technique. Being able to efficiently manage your time is crucial for Managing stress & burnout. Also bring the principles to daily work activities: doing one thing completely at a time. This will also make you more efficient as you will not waste time swapping between activities. Developing a good social network & spending time with friends & family is helpful for managing stress.

  4. Leisure Management – The most overlooked of the work life balance disciplines. Time off is a vital component of the human experience. Curiously too much of the same leisure activity, though enjoyable can lead to monotony. So, effective leisure management requires varying your activities.

The quest to achieve work-life balance on a regular and continual basis will be increasingly difficult, but it’s a challenge that is entirely worth pursuing.

As a Kiprosher,we are trying our level best to get the Perfect work Life Balance for everyone. We continue take efforts to know your feedback & implement it to achieve the balance. We are also looking towards having every Saturday off and shortly we would announce it by piloting offs for couple months. Also to maintain the balance we are conducting fun events now & also in Past, Management took Innumerable efforts to create lively atmosphere & will continue to do so that all do not feel stressed out & instead enjoy your work.
